Quote & Estimate Policy

All quotes and estimates provided by NSCC Builders are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Based on the information provided at the time of request
• Subject to change based on site conditions or material costs
• Non-binding until a formal contract is signed

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals where applicable
• Ensure site access for our team and equipment
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Communicate any changes or concerns promptly

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Progress payments are due as per the construction schedule
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on:

• Availability of materials and labor
• Client approvals and decisions

NSCC Builders will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines but is not liable for delays beyond our control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnal, Haryana.
